A. Deliveries are made Mon to Fri from 8.30am till 5pm
Q. Can I arrange a specific day / time for the delivery of my goods?
A. We will always try to accommodate specific needs, but due to the constraints of the carrier, this will not always be possible. E-mail us your request separately when you place your order.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We will always try to deliver within 48 hours of receiving your order, but this may take longer on occasions.
Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?
A. Unfortunately no.
Q. Do you deliver to all areas of the UK?
A. Yes, but the highlands & islands are by special arrangements and may occur an additional cost.
Q. Are my credit card details secure?
A. ALWAYS. We only use a recognized secure clearing system.
Q. Are my products guaranteed?
A. Yes of course. They are all covered by excellent manufacturer's warranties, which does not affect your statutory rights.
Q. Are there any hidden costs in your prices?
A. No. All our prices are inclusive - what you see is what you pay.
Q. Can you arrange installation?
A. Unfortunately no, as an internet retailer we supply only.
Q. Can you supply products that are not listed on your site?
A. On most occasions, yes. Simply contact us with your request, or use our stock finder.
